NEW for the 2015/16 Season we are introducing a Friday Night Triples League starting on Friday 2nd October 2015. This will be open to both members and non-members with a prize fund exceeding £1,200.
The new Friday Night Triples League will be run over two half seasons finishing with an end of season play-offs. Sixteen triples will take part in both half seasons, with each half season split into two leagues of eight. Each triple will play each other once with the top two in the league at the end of all games qualifying for the end of season play-offs. If during the second half season a triple that has already qualified occupies one of the qualifying spaces, the next team in the league not already qualified will qualify.
The end of season play-offs will then see the eight qualifiers fight it out for a place in the Grand Final. Triples will be seeded based on their performance over the two half seasons and play on a straight knock-out basis over 3 weeks with the eventual winner walking away as our Friday Night Triples League Champions and winners share of our £1200+ prize fund.
Entry into the league is free, with a £5 green fee payable each week per person. Games to be played from 7.30pm-10pm on the specified dates. All games must be completed, if a game should be cancelled for any reason an alternative date will be provided. Dress code, greys with white or club shirt.
