League Competitions 2026/27
We've listened to your feedback and made some changes for the new season. Entries close 14th September. Entry fee £6 per person across all leagues.
Morning Leagues
- Monday Morning Mixed Pairs - Traditional 4-bowl format (unchanged)
- Tuesday Morning 2-4-2 Pairs (UPDATED!) - We're switching to the popular social 2-4-2 format. A relaxed, friendly format perfect for a Tuesday morning.
- Thursday Morning Triples - Classic 3-bowl format (unchanged)
Evening Leagues
- Monday Evening Fours - Sets-based format with power plays (unchanged format, updated tiebreak)
- Tuesday Evening Pairs - Traditional 4-bowl format (unchanged)
- Thursday Evening Triples - Sets-based format with power plays (unchanged format, updated tiebreak)
Evening League Update: 1-End Tiebreak
Based on feedback, we've updated the sets play format in evening leagues. If sets are tied at the end of the match, a 1-end tiebreak will now determine the match winner. Quick, decisive, and exciting!
NEW: Friday Night Singles (Coming Later in the Season!)
We're introducing a Friday Night Singles league later in the season, once the national championship qualifiers are winding down. More details to follow - watch this space!
